Allone AB Privacy Policy

This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to the Getseecure website, the Seecure mobile applications and related services (hereinafter the “Seecure Services”) and explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed and protected by Allone. Allone may change this Privacy Policy. If we make any changes to this Privacy Policy, we will inform you by posting the revised Privacy Policy on our website. You agree to the revised Privacy Policy by continuing to use Seecure Services. We encourage you to check this Privacy Policy whenever you use Seecure Services to understand how your personal information is used.

The Privacy Policy

When using the Services you may provide us with personal information. Personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy means information that personally identifies you, like your name, age, gender and other personally identifiable information that you choose to give to us when using the Seecure application.

What Allone Collects

We collect information you give us through Seecure Services and when you register and install the Seecure Services. Examples include the following: Registration and User Profile. When you register to use Seecure Services and or change your User Profile. We will also collect location data to be able to effectively alarm Seecure users as well as your Emergency contacts and members in Active Groups. 
Our app uses our backend servers to provide you with certain features and services. This includes sending and receiving data, as well as making calls to our servers. We may collect information from these interactions, including personal information that you may provide to us. We may use this information to improve our services and to personalize your experience with our app. By using our app, you consent to these interactions and the collection and use of your information. We may share the information that we collect from users with third-party service providers, such as cloud storage providers.

Positional Data

You accept that Allone continuously gathers, stores and analyzes positional data from your phone and the network the phone is connected to. This is necessary for the Licensed Application to work as intended and you to be provided with the Service. The positional data will be saved for a period up to two years to be used for analyses and service improvements. When using the Seecure Services we may collect certain information, as aggregate data. Aggregate data is information we collect about a group or category of services or users from which we have taken away all individual data. Aggregate data helps us create better features and make the Services more effective.

Confidentiality

Regarding personal and positional data, Allone is subject to the rules of confidentiality stated in the Swedish Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204). No personal or positional data will deliberately be disclosed by Allone to third parties, unless and to the extent you have activated the Service to distribute your position data to the contacts you have chosen and/or when activating the Alarm.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Allone shall in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, special, consequential, incidental or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profit, business interruptions, loss of business information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of this Agreement. This limited liability also applies to your use of or inability to use the Licensed Application, your use of or reliance on the Service or on any data you may access in connection with the Service and the use of the Licensed Application. Allone undertakes no liability to you for any malfunction or non-compatibility of your equipment and connected services with the Service and the Licensed Application. Furthermore Allone shall not be liable at any rate if you, after having installed the Licensed Application, upgrade the operating system of the phone where the Licensed Application has been installed and that upgrade results in non-compatibility of any sort with the Licensed Application.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until it is terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. This Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any of the Terms of this Agreement.

Apple Requirements

You acknowledge and agree that (i) these Terms are concluded between you and Allone and not Apple Inc. nor its subsidiaries (hereinafter – “Apple”); (ii) Allone, and not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof; (iii) Apple has no obligations whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Licensed Application; (iv) in the event of any failure of the Licensed Application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple…other warranty obligation whatsoever with the respect to the Licensed Application; (v) Apple is not responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses that you may have arising out of your use of the Licensed Application; (vi) Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any third party claim related to the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application, nor is Apple responsible if the Licensed Application or your possession and use of the Licensed Application infringes any third party’s intellectual property rights; and (vii) you acknowledge and agree that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of the Terms and conditions of these Terms. Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce the Terms against you as a third party beneficiary thereof. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a US Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and be constructed in accordance with Swedish law. Swedish Public Courts shall settle any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof. No other legal forum shall be available.
